A traditional zine of Connor Braaten’s fictional work, originally featured in Behemoth Magazine Issue 1.5. This zine pairs Braaten’s giant monster-themed piece with artwork from fellow Behemoth editor, Scott Knoll, to visually present the reaction of a creature’s overwhelming presence for a small town.

Set in a California coastal town, Braaten’s flash fiction work follows residents and government officials as they have a chance encounter from the hatching of a giant monster. Braaten’s writing combined with Knoll’s artistic style provides quick visuals of how the creature interrupts the mundane routine of an average day.
